Karen Vary is the Controller at UE Enclosures, overseeing the Finance and Accounting functions that support the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth. With over 25 years at UE, Karen has been a consistent and trusted presence within the organization, bringing extensive knowledge of the company and its financial processes.

Isaak Klassen
PLANT 2 MANAGER
Isack Klassen is the Plant 2 Manager at UE Enclosures, where he leads the Powder Coating, Assembly, and Logistics departments. Over his 11+ years with UE, Isack has built strong expertise in coordinating projects, managing workflow, and ensuring teams work together efficiently to meet customer expectations.
With a strong focus on organization and communication, Isack helps keep projects moving from production through final delivery. His ability to coordinate across departments ensures smooth execution and supports UE’s commitment to reliable, on-time service.
Dave Fehr
PLANT 1 MANAGER
Dave Fehr is the Plant 1 and Programming Manager at UE Enclosures, overseeing the Prep, Welding, and Programming departments. With more than 20 years at UE, Dave has developed extensive technical knowledge and a hands-on understanding of the manufacturing processes that support the company’s success.
Known for his practical approach and problem-solving abilities, Dave works closely with production teams to improve processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure customer timelines are achieved. His technical expertise and commitment to continuous improvement play a key role in delivering dependable, high-quality products.
Nettie Froese
Director of Sales & Purchasing
Nettie Froese has been a part of UE Enclosures for 14 years, beginning her journey with the company as an Accounting Assistant. Throughout her career at UE, she has taken on a variety of roles, gaining a broad understanding of the business, manufacturing operations, customer needs, and supplier relationships.
As Director of Sales & Purchasing, Nettie is passionate about building strong partnerships and creating a positive experience for both customers and vendors. Her ability to connect teams, understand customer requirements, and drive solutions helps ensure projects are managed effectively from initial conversations through successful delivery.
